COMMENT MANAGER
Katsune Comment Manager is a private desktop application used by the Katsune Kiyumi creator and expressly authorized operators to review YouTube comments and prepare channel replies. It is not a public comment service, a public-facing dashboard or a place for visitors to register. This page is an informational overview and does not display internal records.

01 / Public YouTube content and private records
Public on YouTube: Comments actually published publicly on YouTube, their displayed commenter names, and published channel replies, subject to YouTube's visibility and moderation controls. Removed, held or restricted comments must not be assumed to remain public.
Stored from YouTube in the private application: The commenter's public display name and the comment text. The application does not store commenter avatars or assemble independent personal viewer profiles.
Private creator records: Reply drafts, creator responses and approval decisions. These are internal workflow records and are not published to this Website. If a creator draft includes quoted comment text or a viewer name, that included information is still handled under relevant API-data and privacy requirements.
Public visibility of the original YouTube comment does not make internal copies or operator records public or remove applicable platform obligations.
02 / Purpose of access
Through authorized YouTube API Services, the application retrieves relevant channel comments for the operator to review, prepare responses and manage replies. It does not create a public copy of the YouTube comments section on this Website. Technical identifiers or other data may be handled transiently to retrieve a thread or post an approved reply.
03 / Drafts and approvals
The creator can prepare and review responses and record approvals in the private workspace. These drafts and approvals are internal creator-created working material. This page does not represent that an external AI provider is currently processing YouTube comments through the application.
Any future external AI processing of YouTube information must first be checked against applicable Google/YouTube policy and law, with disclosures and permissions updated before use.
04 / Reply publication
An authorized operator approves each outgoing reply and separately confirms submission. A submitted reply is then published on YouTube and subject to YouTube's public visibility and moderation settings. Removing an internal draft or record does not itself remove the published reply from YouTube.
06 / Security and access restrictions
The application is restricted to the channel owner and authorized operators. Access does not transfer ownership of the channel, brand, creator identity, artwork, VTuber models or other intellectual property. Non-public drafts, approval records, authorization credentials and local comment copies must not be publicly exposed or shared without authorization.
07 / Storage, deletion and contact
Stored YouTube API comment information remains subject to applicable refresh, deletion, data-request and authorization-revocation rules. Internal creator-authored working records are assessed separately; any embedded YouTube viewer information still needs appropriate handling. For questions or a request concerning information held locally, email katsunekiyumi.contact@gmail.com. Deleting a locally held record does not delete the original YouTube comment.
