01 / Who operates these services
Katsune Kiyumi is the public creator and brand identity used to operate the Website and the private Comment Manager. In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the creator operation; the brand is not presented as a separately incorporated company.
Operator: Katsune Kiyumi
Country: Canada
Privacy contact: katsunekiyumi.contact@gmail.com
Questions about these practices and requests concerning personal information may be addressed to Privacy Contact — Katsune Kiyumi at the email above. A residential address, legal name, personal phone number, private accounts and precise location are not published here. Where identity details are legally required for a regulator, platform verification or a specific transaction, they are handled through the relevant appropriate process rather than placed indiscriminately on this informational Website.
02 / Where this policy applies
The Website presents videos, livestream information, creative work, creator information, and links to third-party services. The inspected version of the Website does not offer visitor accounts, an on-site contact form, a commission checkout, payments, or access to the Comment Manager's private records.
The Comment Manager is a separate, private desktop tool used for management of the Katsune Kiyumi YouTube channel by authorized operators. Members of the public cannot sign in to the Comment Manager from this Website. Public YouTube comments remain on YouTube; the Website does not operate a separate public comment board or display the Comment Manager's internal workspace.
03 / Information associated with the Website
The Website retrieves public YouTube channel, playlist, and video metadata such as identifiers, titles, thumbnails, descriptions, publication dates, and video availability. It retrieves Twitch stream status and, when the channel is live, information such as the stream identifier, title, category, and start time. These are public creator-platform details, not information obtained by signing visitors into their personal Google or Twitch accounts.
The Website's inspected application code does not create visitor profiles, maintain its own visitor database, deploy its own analytics integration, or write its own cookies or browser localStorage/sessionStorage values. This does not mean no service provider processes visitor information. Hosting, network, authentication-gate, video-player, and streaming providers may receive IP addresses, request metadata, device/browser details, and interactions required to provide their services. Their processing is subject to their applicable policies and settings.
04 / Business email and other voluntary contact
When you email the creator contact address, we may receive your name, email address, message contents, attachments, and any information you choose to share. We use correspondence to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential collaborations, manage sponsorship and vendor relationships, address privacy requests, and maintain appropriate business records. Email is handled through an external email provider, currently Google/Gmail, and may be processed outside Canada. We do not operate an on-site contact submission form in the inspected Website.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely needed for your inquiry. We do not add email correspondents to a marketing mailing list merely because they contacted us.
05 / Public YouTube comments and the private Comment Manager
What is public on YouTube. A comment that a viewer has published publicly to YouTube, its displayed author name and published replies are generally visible on YouTube subject to the platform's settings and moderation. A comment may cease to be public if removed, hidden, restricted or held for review. We do not claim ownership of viewer comments. Public visibility does not remove personal-information or YouTube API obligations.
What the private Comment Manager stores from comments. For the channel-management workflow, the Comment Manager retrieves comments through authorized YouTube API access and, according to the creator's current data inventory, stores the commenter's public display name and comment text. It does not save commenter avatars, build personal profiles of viewers, or maintain a separate public comment feed. YouTube may provide additional technical fields transiently when the API is called; the application must not be represented as persistently storing such fields unless the implementation actually does so.
What the creator separately records. The private application stores creator-authored draft replies, creator responses, and approval/review decisions as internal working records. These are the creator's workflow materials, not information taken from a commenter's private Google account. However, if a draft or response includes a viewer's name, quoted comment or other API-derived information, that portion is still handled as relevant personal/API data.
Purpose and publication. Comment information is used to review channel interactions and prepare replies. A reply is submitted to YouTube only after individual operator approval and confirmation. Published replies appear on YouTube according to its visibility rules. Neither comment records nor internal drafts/approvals are made available through the public Website.
The application may temporarily process technical information needed to retrieve comments or submit an approved reply. Such processing is separate from storing a comment record.
06 / YouTube API Services
The Website and Comment Manager use YouTube API Services. The Website accesses public creator/video information and offers official YouTube playback only when a visitor chooses to play a video. The Comment Manager uses authorized access for channel/comment review and approved reply submission. The Website does not post comments or replies on behalf of visitors.
YouTube thumbnails and the YouTube player are served through Google/YouTube services. Selecting playback may cause Google/YouTube to process request and player-interaction information and to serve advertisements under their own terms.
By using YouTube API-supported functionality, users are also subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. See Google's Privacy Policy. This policy is not intended to replace those platform terms.
08 / Twitch
The Website checks the Katsune Kiyumi channel's Twitch stream state using application-level access. If the stream is verified live, an official Twitch player may be offered. If verified offline, the Website displays its offline artwork; if verification fails, it may display an unavailable state. Visitors are not asked to authorize their Twitch accounts to use the Website.
When a Twitch player is loaded or an external Twitch link is followed, Twitch may receive and process visitor information. See Twitch's Privacy Notice.
09 / AI-assisted drafting
The private Comment Manager supports creator-controlled drafting and review. The public Website does not provide an AI-assisted comment service. No external AI processor is identified here as receiving YouTube comments from the current application workflow.
If YouTube comments, author display names, draft context or other personal information will be sent to any external AI service in the future, the actual provider, purposes, transfer, consent and retention arrangements will be assessed against applicable laws and Google/YouTube rules, and this policy will be updated before that processing begins. We do not represent that an AI provider has a particular retention or training practice without verifying its applicable service terms and settings.
11 / Service providers and processing outside Canada
The Website and separate Comment Manager use the following services for the indicated purposes:
- Google/YouTube: public video/channel information, thumbnails, playback, authorized comment access, OAuth and approved replies.
- Twitch: channel livestream status, official streaming player and external links.
- OpenAI/ChatGPT Sites: Website hosting and relevant platform functions.
- Cloudflare: Website delivery and caching where used by the current hosting environment.
- Google/Gmail: business correspondence and privacy requests sent to the published contact email.
These providers may receive the information necessary to deliver their respective services. Processing or storage may occur outside Canada, depending on the provider and service configuration, and information may be subject to another country’s laws. For information about the countries and purposes of out-of-Canada service-provider processing and our applicable written practices, contact Privacy Contact — Katsune Kiyumi at the email above.
Additional policy information: Google · Twitch · OpenAI · Cloudflare. Following an external social-platform link takes visitors to the destination's separate policies.
12 / Security and access controls
The public Website uses hosted services and server-side credential handling; private Comment Manager authorization credentials are handled separately from draft and review records. The Comment Manager is restricted to the owner and expressly authorized operators, and publication of a reply requires deliberate review and confirmation.
We use or arrange access restrictions and technical or administrative safeguards appropriate to the relevant service and information. No storage or network service can guarantee absolute security.
13 / Retention, refresh, deletion and revocation
Website metadata and service caches. Inspected cache freshness intervals are approximately 15 minutes for YouTube video metadata, 24 hours for channel resolution, 90 seconds for Twitch status and 30 seconds for certain error states. Freshness expiry is not proof of physical erasure; host and media-provider logs may follow different schedules.
Comment Manager — comment copies. Locally stored YouTube display names and comment text are retained for the authorized comment-review purpose and handled according to the YouTube API Services Developer Policies. Many categories of stored API data must be refreshed or deleted within 30 calendar days, subject to the policy's categories and exceptions. Changes to a comment's visibility or availability are also addressed as required by applicable platform rules.
Comment Manager — creator working records. Independently authored response drafts, completed responses and approval decisions are internal creator records, not automatically subject to the same storage rule as a copy of a YouTube comment. Where those records reproduce or contain API-derived viewer information, the relevant portion must still be assessed and handled under the applicable rules. Local exports, browser recovery and backups must also be accounted for where they hold relevant data.
Requests to delete stored data. Contact katsunekiyumi.contact@gmail.com and provide information sufficient to locate the relevant comment or record; do not send passwords or identity documents unsolicited. We may verify a request proportionately. Where YouTube's rules require deletion of user data held by an API client, that deletion must occur as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days, subject to the applicable policy. Deleting the local copy does not delete a comment or published response from YouTube; use YouTube or an appropriately authorized client to manage content on YouTube itself.
Authorization revocation. Authorized operators can revoke Google access through Google's security permissions. The application must cease unauthorized access and perform the applicable cleanup. Google's policies specify different deadlines for in-app revocation and revocation through Google's account controls; operational controls must implement the relevant timelines. Published YouTube replies are not automatically deleted when an authorization is revoked.
Business email. Correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for handling inquiries, business records or applicable legal obligations, then securely deleted or appropriately archived under the established records procedure. Retention depends on the correspondence and applicable business or legal purpose.
14 / Privacy requests and complaints
Individuals may ask about personal information under our control, request access or correction where applicable, withdraw applicable consent or request deletion when required or permitted by law. Please contact Privacy Contact — Katsune Kiyumi at katsunekiyumi.contact@gmail.com and identify the record in a reasonable way.
Requests will be assessed and answered within applicable legal deadlines. We may reasonably verify identity, clarify a request and rely on lawful exemptions where applicable. We cannot directly control information independently held by YouTube, Twitch or another platform; requests concerning those services may also need to be sent to the platform. Individuals retain any applicable right to contact or complain to a competent privacy regulator.
15 / Other services and future changes
Website commission checkout, on-site payment collection, public visitor accounts, a remote Comment Manager dashboard, and a newsletter signup are not operational in the inspected version. If those features are added, applicable notices, contracts, security measures, and consent mechanisms will be addressed before launch. Separately negotiated commissions are governed by their own terms.
